Pushing Through

I’ve been going through a bit of a rough patch these past few weeks–nothing health related, thank God, but just the (hopefully!) final straw in a string of pretty bad luck. There’s always worse though and it’s definitely not the end of the world, but things have been a bit up in the air!

Once things start to (hopefully!!!!!!!) fall into place I’ll share what’s been up but for now I’m a little all over the place.

Needless to say, writing has been a bit tricky BUT I’m proud to say I still haven’t missed a single writing day!!! Not sure how I pulled this off. I’ve been a bit manic with it. Last week I wrote 10,000 in one day, and the next I just tweaked a sentence or two, and the next I worked on a whole other MS. But hey, it’s writing, right? (I’m assuming at some point it will come together and make sense?!)

Do you write better in times of stress, since you can get lost in another world? Or does a rough patch make it too hard to write?
